Botanero - Rockville

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The service was outstanding, and the food was exceptional! I've visited twice now and really appreciate the classic ambiance, complete with a knowledgeable waitstaff that knows how to elevate the dining experience—like pouring a bottle of wine and allowing you to taste it first. The food truly is perfection.

We chose a buffet-style menu, which offered a wide array of delicious options that were more than enough for our guests. The beef short rib and truffle mac and cheese were particularly standout dishes. We received countless compliments from our guests about the food. Botanero will always hold a special place in our hearts for contributing to the perfection of our day, and we couldn't have achieved it without such an amazing team. Thank you all so much! Regarding dietary restrictions, they were very accommodating, providing vegan options and also gluten-free choices for us.

The food was well-prepared and the service was prompt. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person ranged from $30 to $50. I would rate the food a 5 out of 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4 as well. I highly recommend this place for vegetarians, although I'm not certain about the vegetarian options available. There is plenty of parking, with both a free parking lot and free street parking options.

First time I went to Botanero's, I went for brunch. It was great. The other day, we went for lunch. My husband really liked the shrimp tempura. I had red snapper. It came in a little pan of its own. There was too much oil in the pan and the fish was kind of dry. However, I think to enjoy your meal there, go with a group and order a variety of dishes to share...you know...tapas style.
