The employees had bad attitudes, seemed uncomfortable, and one of them who made my salad wouldn't even speak. When I asked if they had lime, she shook her head. My boyfriend asked for extra chicken in his burrito and the employees yelled to the cashier that he wanted extra chicken. The soda was too syrupy to drink, and there were always flies buzzing around Cafe Rio. This isn't the first time we've been here and seen flies everywhere.
The service at this restaurant is excellent, with knowledgeable staff. The menu offers a wide selection of delicious food. My wife and I were warmly welcomed by the staff upon arrival, and our online pickup order was ready as soon as we arrived. The process was simple and efficient. We will definitely be returning in the future!
The restaurant was just average. I ordered the sweet pork salad and was surprised by how different the portions were from what I expected. Normally, the salad has about 30% meat and 70% vegetables, but this time it seemed more like 10% meat and 90% vegetables. Despite this, the service was good and the taste was also enjoyable. The portion sizes were just not what I was used to, with less meat and more vegetables and rice than I have experienced at other restaurants.
A Mexican restaurant that didn't wear hot sauce. There was no tea, and they had limited special drinks (the Cafe Rio promotes). The Enchilada sauce seemed really watered compared to other Cafe Rio and other Mexican restaurants. The loyal customer app was a Fiasco. And even after contacting the company office there was no answer. I guess they don't need the business anymore.
Pretty good for a fast food Mexican type establishment. I got the tacos wich were good and the tortillas were made from scratch. The only con I would say is the fact there is an upcharge for the rice and beans. I do understand as the prices for anything are crazy.
