This is the only Cava where the food does not feel fresh. The guy making my bowl was careless and he didn’t ask me if I wanted greens and put in white rice even though I did not say anything yet.I asked 2x for a side pita and never got it. Had to ask his co-worker and she was kind enough to get it for me.Half the trays are empty upon arrival when ordering so almost every topping I wanted, I had to wait extra for them to swap out for a refill. Also none of the staff were wearing masks or following safety or health codes which is a concern because this is still dealing with food. The server (Brian) was rude, not paying attention and I felt like I as a customer was just being annoying to him even though I was polite.I do not like the service here, and the food does not feel fresh because i got an upset stomach for the rest of the night, and this never happens when I eat Cava.
Jocelyn is the best! Great service and great tasting food as always.I wish they had a larger screen with the menu or a computer to place an order without your phone.Food: 5/5
CAVA has genuinely been my go to healthy Mediterranean bowl spot for over 5 years now. I’ve never been dissatisfied with the quality and appreciate that they’re always introducing new veggies and grains. We tried the new spicy falafel and found it perfectly seasoned and not too dry.Food: 5/5
I'm so mad I didn't get a pic. Anywho...the food was really good! Pita bread was warm nummy. Kind of pricey though. Staff aren't very friendly or helpful. They did their job, with a look of boredom. I'd recommend the food though!Vegetarian options: They have some
