Chopt Creative Salad Co. - Rockville

The crispy chicken was OLD, Very Old. It was so old and dry that the dressing didn't help. It's bad enough I drove 15 minutes to pick this order. Really!!! Will Not Go Again!!

Ordered online for curbside. ???????? Received text saying order was ready, pulled curbside and no one came out. I go inside to pick up area and wait 10-15 mins for my ready order. When it was finally ready, I returned to work only to discover the salad was prepared incorrectly. ???????? Should I return, I 'll just have to stand in the line that was just about out the door, if I want my order correct. ????????

My favorite chopt location. Was there on Friday and the girl with the red glasses is always so nice and in a great mood. I think she?s one of the managers there but I love coming here because she?s so nice.

I?m was so dissatisfied with one of my salads and Brianna was so attentive in helping me fix my issues and prepping a new bowl for me. She was so kind and just very aware. She was awesome! When you approach with kindness that?s what you receive. ????????

Employees are so inundated with online orders pouring in that they can?t check accuracy of their walk-in orders. Tonight I ordered a Chinese Chicken with cauliflower rice. Out of cauliflower rice?salad was already being prepared so I substituted in another ingredient. No big deal. Then the chicken was left out of it and I didn?t realize until the first few bites of a very bland salad. Totally not what I ordered and yet I left tip because I felt bad how busy they were. Probably not returning for quite some time.
