Chuck E. Cheese - Rockville

We reserved a bday party a month ago , and we just got a call and offer us transfer to a different location, “main water line problem “3 hrs left to the party, after we invited more than 20plus kids and parents, we are stressed and frustrated by the service (customer service agent who called and broke the worst news , so disrespectful and unprofessional, didn’t even try to be polite and helpful…parents would understand how frustrating it is.

The place is nice, my grandchildren come to see Chuck E... and he comes out once in 3 04 hours... and it takes 4 minutes per clock... it doesn't seem fair to me, nor does the jumper, it must be paid separately and buy stockings we have a collection of stockings, super slow checkout service...

They don’t monitor the trampoline, some kids Jump but don’t pay.

Super fun and clean they can even have birthday parties there with all the service included!!

My grandson is a regular and Loves this place. We especially appreciate Violet and her friendly help and assistance- she’s always smiling!
