Although I didn't go in, I was very happy with the curb-side service.

It was great. It was good. Customer service the time of my drink was not long to think about the line in the store. Thank you.

Had a type of vegetarian burger from beyond meat they call it the Beyond sausage it doesn't come with anything except the Patty and egg and cheese which they removed for me on request it wasn't very good I've had the Burger King one and the TGI Fridays one and both were 10 times better. Also got some donuts on the same trip nothing like a good ol' strawberry glazed donut for $1. 26. The store person that was in there was very nice and helpful and everything was clean and the line was a 30-second wait

This location has become such a joke but to be honest, I 'm pretty sure I 'm the bigger joke as I keep spending my money here thinking the next drink is gonna be made appropriately. I literally order the same drink every time (just a normal signature holiday iced latte... The toasted gingerbread latte to be clear) and I kid you not that every time the same drink tastes so different but unpleasant. One day it tastes like nothing but bitter burnt expresso, the next it tastes like they filled the whole cup up with the syrup and added a splash of milk. Some days it tastes like an unsweetened iced coffee probably because it is just an iced coffee. I just don 't get it. The drinks are bad....and I by no means consider myself to be an iced latte connoisseur. On top of the horrendous drinks that they keep making me they literally can 't even remember to put whipped cream, caramel and the cinnamon on it to at least make it look AND taste like the beverage that I order consistently. I just walked back into the store to ask the lady if they happen to be out of those items as they weren 't on my drink AGAIN and she was like OH NO, they 're here I just keep forgetting them . Come on Dunkin ' get your act together.
