Eerkins Uyghur Cuisine - Rockville

Hands down, the best and most authentic Uyghur food in the DMV area! The staff is absolutely lovely, the decorations are very cultural, and the food, just OMG! We had two noodle dishes and a beef manta, and already cannot wait to return to try more. Plus, they make their own noodles onsite!

Really great food. Very tasty. We brought an international delegation for dinner and everyone loved it. We will return again for sure.

My recent visit to Eerkins Uyghur Cuisine left me disappointed due to an unpleasant experience. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service provided by Manager Eric. He not only took our complaint seriously but also went out of his way to resolve the issue promptly. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to enjoy a much-improved dining experience.It’s reassuring to know that the restaurant has a caring and dedicated manager like Eric, who takes pride in ensuring customer satisfaction. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how they are addressed that truly matters. Eric’s professionalism and willingness to make things right exceeded my expectations.Thank you, Eric, for your outstanding service. Went for work, with a big group so tried about 10 different dishes, abunch of desert....everything excellent...the food is the original fusion food of the old world from turkey to china...Highly recommend!!!
