We always order the fish filet in special hot pot sauce, scallion pancakes. Occasionally we will order the spicy thai wings, and sweet steamed buns. The people that operate the restaurant have always been kind and they keep their menu up to date.
Still only carry out at the moment but great variety of Szechuan food option at outstanding prices for the DMV area. The Dan Dan noodles for $8 are exceptional
Mediocre Chinese food. Horrible service! They make you pay before getting your food and don?t care afterwards if you enjoy it or not. I accidentally ordered a dish that was TOO spicy for consumption and asked if we could either get our money back or exchange it for a different dish. The answer received was ?no? and they did not bother with any further actions to satisfy our needs. Left feeling robbed of our hard earned money, a tasty meal, and an enjoyable dining
This place has the best won ton soup I've ever tasted. Additionally, there is a large selection of authentic Chinese dishes, which rotate seasonally. I used to live almost next door, and even though I live across the world now, I make a point of stopping whenever I'm in town.
Sorry for the lack of pictures. This review is well past when we ate the food. My wife and I tried Joe's based on published reviews and online reviews. We ordered it for the two of us and her parents. I recall the mapo tofu was a little salty, but spicy and flavorful. The Yang Chow fried rice was not good and neither was anything elsewe ordered. In sum, we disagreed with many of the positive opinions.
