Pizza Hut - Rockville

I ordered lemonade but was served milk instead. I never received the wings I ordered. The salad bar was disappointing as the tomatoes were hardly cut and almost whole. Overall, the food quality was quite poor.

I was charged for items that were never served to my table, but I ended up receiving them cold just as I was leaving. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unprofessional.

When we arrived, they were quite busy and politely informed us of the wait. However, the service was friendly, the staff had warm smiles, and the atmosphere was both nostalgic and enjoyable. Everyone there was so welcoming! I have fond memories of the classic Pizza Hut, and this visit brought back that great feeling. The salad bar could use a little more attention, as some of the lettuce was starting to brown, but I completely understand given how busy they were.

It ws fast and easy to order on line! I got what I wanted and it was ready and waiting for me when I arrived! Good people there!

Shoutout to the girl in the boot who was running register, helping with pizzas, and helping serve. She kept the environment fun and friendly while helping and had a smile on her face the whole time. Best service I have ever gotten there. Keep it up!
