The several we tried were tasty and they will bring you as much as you want. They have an interesting dip made from split peas and it was really tasty. The owner was very friendly, he stopped by and chatted with us for a while. There’s a parking garage where you can park for free and the décor inside was nice and welcoming. Worth a try!
Pre fix menu was superb! Great food and great choices! Jazz trio was awesome
Update: The buffet prices seemed much higher this year. For a family of 5 with kids, we paid quite a bit more this time. I tried calling ahead to check prices but they were closed. I suggest calling ahead, though, to avoid sticker shock. We had Christmas Eve dinner here, and it was delicious! They only served a buffet, which is great to try lots of dishes. Lots of yummy options including vegetarian dishes, chicken, lamb, a nice salad, soup, and great desserts. The restaurant is quite chic, but they kept the ambiance quiet and cozy, perfect for Christmas Eve. While my kids were probably disturbing, the staff really tended to us while we got them settled. Anyway, it was a good night and a good meal. Note: The food is Greek and Cypriot, which I’m convinced is the tastiest cuisine. Will be coming back.
My family went for dinner for an authentic Greek meal and that’s exactly what we received. An excellent, delicious sampling of delicious Greek food that we all loved. We left full and very happy. Service was excellent too!
My wife and I went last night to celebrate the end of the school year. I had the Lamb Kleftiko (spelling? and she had the Moussaka (vegetarian version . It was delicious! Since I'm gluten-free, it's harder to find a food choice. I emailed the owner and he wrote back to me in 5 minutes with several GF options. He suggested the lamb; it came with lemon potatoes and Greek String Beans (tomato sauce and dill . My mouth is still watering... We used to go there for the amazing brunch, but we don't do that anymore. Brunch is still an excellent option as there is plenty of variety to accommodate most diet plans. The owner is a great guy as well and wants you to have a successful time. Additionally, he is set up for private events--please keep that in mind if you business/company would like to celebrate in the convenient part of Downtown Rockville. This delicious place gets a 5-star rating and I cannot wait to go back!
