Our school orders pizza from here all year long. They deliver the pies every Wednesday and the children really enjoy pizza day. Delicious cheese pizza !
Tonight my family ordered food from Gino’s for Fathers Day the guy who took the order originally was very nice he repeated the order back to me and I agreed he had said everything that I said for the order after spending over $200 on food, the food came and we were missing an item after calling them back they said that it was never on the ticket and that we would have to pay for the food since the person who took the order forgot to put it on the ticket and instead of the Manager getting on the phone he just told the guy over the phone they have to pay, when the delivery guy came to drop off the food we paid him and then he came back to my door and rang my bell and asked me for 8 cents can you believe that after just paying they over 200 for the 1st order paid again 26.00 for their mistake and then he comes back for 8 cents Ginos Of Rockville Centre a will never get my business again. I think the employees need to go for attitude checks and learn how to treat customers and that’s never how you treat a customer oh you have to pay again no I’m sorry we made a mistake here you go. I will make sure I tell everyone I know don’t go to Gino’s Of Rockville centre. The food sucked and was so bad as well
The customer service was extremely poor. My daughter went up to cashier counter to request marinara sauce for her garlic knots and they literally ignored a 7 years old child. The cashier rolled his eyes repeatedly while I was deciding what I want to purchase. They have a very entitled attitude and the customer service is poor.
I cannot express my disappointment enough with the appalling customer service experience at Ginos Pizza. What started as a simple inquiry about their pasta dishes turned into a shocking display of rudeness and insensitivity towards my special needs sister. Upon my recommendation, my sister called the store to inquire about the differences in their pasta dishes. The initial person who answered the call was pleasant, but things took a turn when she was transferred to another individual. This man, who seemed to have forgotten every lesson in basic human decency, greeted her with an attitude. Instead of patiently addressing her questions or offering her an alternative (like where she can find the menu), he abruptly shut her down with a callous remark: I can 't hear you, don 't call back if you don 't know what you want. Not only was this response utterly unprofessional, but it was also deeply hurtful, especially considering my sister 's challenges with phone communication. She was extremely upset, and so was I. It 's worth emphasizing that you never know what someone is dealing with. While the person my sister was speaking to had no idea that my sister has different abilities, it shouldn 't require such knowledge to treat people with respect. Regardless of individual circumstances, every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and patience. As someone who personally recommended this establishment, I was left utterly embarrassed and ashamed by the treatment my sister received. It 's unfathomable to me how someone could be so callous and dismissive, especially towards a customer who merely sought clarification. To the management of Ginos Pizza: your staff 's behavior reflects poorly on your entire establishment. It 's evident that basic empathy and courtesy are sorely lacking within your ranks. I implore you to provide proper training on customer service and disability awareness to your employees. No one should ever be made to feel inferior or unwelcome simply because of their communication challenges. I wholeheartedly advise against patronizing Ginos Pizza, especially if you 're dining with someone who has special needs who wants to have agency to place their own order and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. The staff has shown that they have no patience for differently abled people, and their behavior is unacceptable in any circumstance. There are countless other pizza places in town that not only serve delicious food but also value their customers ' well-being.
