Gm Burger - Rockville Centre

Burger did not come with lettuce and tomato as described. The patties were borderline burnt. The fries are good though

I ordered the Cobb salad and requested no egg. Not only did I receive a salad with egg, but instead of dressing I received a single container of ketchup so I couldn't even eat it

The food at this restaurant is tasty, but the burgers are often poorly put together, especially the special ones. The Double Trouble burger seems to be consistently poorly assembled. It seems like they are trying their best but it's just not working out. The fries have gone through several changes in the past year, but they are currently good. The main issue is that the estimated delivery time is always significantly underestimated. So, if you plan on ordering, be prepared for your food to arrive about an hour later than the estimated 20-30 minute window. I feel bad for the delivery drivers who waste time and money waiting at this restaurant for pick-ups. It's probably best to go in person for a more reliable experience, as the delivery service is unreliable.

This restaurant has definitely improved since it first opened. I have visited multiple times and now they have incredible burgers on the menu. They also offer a low carb lettuce cup option, which is a great addition. So far, everything I have tried has been delicious.

The burgers were lacking lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles, which was very disappointing. This has happened before and it ruined our dinner once again. Disappointed.
