Parlay Gastropub - Rockville Centre

I usually come to this place to party on a weekend night and when its not shoulder to shoulder crowded it is SO fun! Awesome music selections with their DJs

After the recommendation of several friends, I was looking forward to heading to Parlay for the first time.

I've been to parlay a few times and have had some good experiences there.

Steak was well cooked Prime Angus beef as I asked. Salmon was dry though. The waitress forgot to give us the specials until we asked and didn't come over often to check if we needed anything when I did. Very crowded and noisy environment if you want a more personal environment.

PM is one of the restaurants that I consider "Top Drawer Dining". Customer-oriented staff - courteous and attentive to your needs. Good skills are evident. The food, as always, is second to none. My wife and I had a lovely chat with the manager / co-owner. Our waiter was a lovely young woman. Our experience at PM today and has always been a "reason to come back" experience.
