Chisholm Country Store Cafe - Rockwall

I am currently working in Rockwall and have dined at this restaurant several times. I continue to be impressed by the great staff and delicious food. The dining experience is top-notch. I highly recommend trying the street tacos, as they were impressive. I hope that Texas Country Reporter will feature this unique country store, cafe, antique store, and coffee shop.

Their croissant breakfast sandwich is the size of a baked potato and made with thick bacon. It?s finger licking good!! Not to mention their warmed up muffins with butter melt in your mouth! Wonderful service and nice eclectic country store!!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The Italian sub was incredible and exceeded all expectations in terms of quality, quantity, and overall yumminess. The staff was very polite and friendly. I accidentally paid for a 1/4 size sub but received a 1/2 size instead. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant and leaving a generous tip to make up for the mistake. It was truly an amazing deal in today's day and age. Thank you for the great meal. I feel blessed.

Sweet little country shop with interesting used and antique items...some new ones too! They carry excellent local raw unfiltered honey as well as bee pollen which we bought and was delicious. Super friendly service at the door... we've been greeted eachtime with their refreshing fruity drinks and lemonade samples. They also sell fresh pasture raised eggs! Support local, thisplace is a gem!

This restaurant deserves its 5-star rating for good reason. The staff are incredibly kind, and the curried chicken salad sandwich is the best I've ever tasted. The prices are also very reasonable.
