Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I am extremely wow’ed by the professionalism, honesty, and helpfulness of this restaurant. I accidentally left my bag at the restaurant after dining with friends on a roadtrip, the staff went above and beyond when I was so worried and called to inquire. She answered promptly and reassured me that my purse was still there. Upon my return, the staff at front on 7/7/24 around 3:30pm was so friendly and helpful, greeted me with smile. When I asked the staff about my bag, the girl wearing the black outfit was so professional and kind, gave it back to me safely. Though I offered to provide a tip as a token of my gratitude, she politely declined, citing company policy. Their honesty and dedication to excellent customer service truly impressed me, and I am deeply appreciative of their help. They really deserve a raise! Thank you, Raising Cane's, I want to tell every friend about my experience and not only how great the food tastes but also how you excel in exceptional service and integrity.

The Rockwall location is AMAZING! Their manager, Ryan, always goes ABOVE and BEYOND to help our team with events! His team is ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and works so hard to get our orders finished quickly! We LOVE working with them and ALWAYS enjoy their food!!

We were greeted when we walked in, food was cooked fresh, and the restaurant was clean. Can't really ask for more.

Always fresh and hot food. Probably because they are usually pretty busy. Love the cane's sauce as well. And the toast is popular with my whole family.

Drive thru line was long but it moved fast. Workers are friendly and food was hot!
