Sonic Drive-in - Rockwall

Tristan the sonic server was awesome. Need more workers like him!

I've found that this particular Sonic location is consistently disappointing. Unfortunately, the accuracy of my orders leaves much to be desired, with the drinks being correct only about 2 out of 7 times. It's frustrating to not receive what I've ordered, especially when it happens more often than not. As a result, my visits here have become less frequent, and I've opted to go to the North location instead, where I've found much better consistency in both service and accuracy. It's a shame that this location falls short in comparison, as I do enjoy Sonic's offerings when they're done right.

I couldn 't get a sandwich advertised due to the time of day. Sonic sent me a coupon or an advertisement that their burger were in sale and didn 't mention anything about the time of day it was available. Just that it was on that day. So I went at lunch time to get a burger and the manager there said, No that I had to wait till after five. I explained that the message I got, and I showed it to her has no mention of time, just that it was a today. No Go, Not Happy

This sonics customer service and wait time is horrendous.

Save your money and time, and go somewhere else. You sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes until they decide to answer you and then they say “we’re closed” an hour before the website and sign says.
