I purchased stew chicken and sweet plains, it comes with rice and cabbage and paid 20 dollars THESE FOOD HAS NO FLAVOR!! FOOD IS PLANE I don’t recommend these place

10/10 lunch! I love how many vegetarian options there are it's not often I leave a place regretful that I couldn't have tried everything available without meat. The curried chickpeas with peas and cabbage were immaculate, and my partner loved the jerk pork so there's something for everyone here. We both agreed the cole slaw was great too, which is usually a divisive item. Would definitely love to come back the next time we're in the area highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Curried chickpeas, vegetarian stew

I have eaten lots of West Indian food over time, mostly in Hartford. And I must say that my experiences have been great ordering from JK. Both the J Chicken and J Pork are great. Well seasoned, authentic, large portions, etc. And the prices are reasonable. Also, some if THE best Carrot Cake I have ever had! Anyway, I have been very happy with JK overall.

The food and customer service was excellent!!! I love the girl at the front , she has a beautiful smile and personality. Her smile makes every bite tastier !! Thanks for the good food. It nourishes my body and spirit too.

This place was a good find near my sons house I will become a regular, food is outstanding. I am a Caribbean man and know about flavor and this please has it all don’t miss the stew chicken. WOW I took the leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
