Bojangles - Rocky Mount

Lady at checkout was the friendliest person I 've met in yrs. Just nice, pleasant and helpful. Not overly talkative etc. just helpful. This is by far also the cleanest location I 've been to in a long time and from me that 's the gospel because I traveland go into BJ all the time. My order was a special order and I had no , we can 't do that . The order board said porkchopbiscuit combo $0.00. I said I wanted 2 jokingly. They they couldn 't do it. I could of been a KEN and b! @ed but I didn 't. I givethe customer service at this location AAA

Bojangles is awesome fast food restaurant that is filled with Southern hospitality. The one in Rocky Mount is one of the best I've been to and has a great atmosphere with friendly workers.

Excellent chicken biscuits! However, they ran out of plates I had to run in to get cups because they weren't given to us through the drive thru. Gave us plenty of honey for biscuits too!????

Went in got 3 items. Two were right, one wasn't. Will continue to go back because I like the atmosphere (really friendly) I love their food. But this visit didn't go well. Except for that, would've given 4 stars across the board.

Bojangles can be fantastic. But all the ones i go to have the inconsistency issues. Can make the best buscuit of any place I know of or it can be just ok. The seasoned fries can be amazing or can be unseasoned or old. The rice can be perfect or dry. Thetea can be perfectly sweetened and delicious or taste like it was made last week. The chicken can be juicy and awesome or bedry. Everytime I go everything is awesome except one thing I mentioned. Every single time it's always one of those. And I dobojangles at least twice month.
