Cook Out - Rocky Mount

Great service even though they got my order wrong, a grilled chicken without bacon, they fixed me up quickly. I think the food quality is ok, the amount is a bit sparse, but that is why it is so inexpensive. Now the shakes taste great!

The people are amazing, burgers are over salted, over cooked, and over topped. Buns fall apart in your hands, patty tastes like dirt. Made me feel sick to eat because there was so much cheese that it took 4 bites to get to the actual burger itself. Thechicken wrap was a single piece of chicken with no sauce and all the ingredients were placed in sideways. God we had hopes.

My friends and I just had the worst meal we had since Applebee's last week. Frys were cold, burgers were soggy, corn dogs over cooked and when we asked for ketchup they gave us 2 packs for 4 treys. On top of the bad food the kid working the front counterwas very rood and gave us a pack of sauce that had been dropped on the floor. I will not be back here.

Customer service was awful! The girl at the drive through window was very rude. She could be more polite to her customers and actually ask what they would want to drink instead of assuming it was a Dr. Pepper. Just work on your customer service if youwant customers to come back to the restaurant.

Purchased a cook out tray with a chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets and cheese bites. This is what I get in my tray!!!! This is an absolutely pitiful amount of food!!!!
