Highway Diner - Rocky Mount

My wife and I dine at Highway Diner almost once or twice a week, and we always enjoy our meals and our waitress. The food is delicious, especially the fried green tomatoes. I love that breakfast is served all day. The staff is friendly, and the food is excellent, thanks to the outstanding cooks.

I’ve dined there several times and have always experienced excellent service and delicious meals. It’s a fantastic spot for dining out.

The BBQ chicken plate was fantastic, with delicious homemade BBQ at a very reasonable price. The waitstaff were super friendly, and the banana split was absolutely divine. This was my first time dining there; we stopped by during a trip on I-95, but we will definitely be returning in two weeks.

I absolutely loved this diner! Our server, Richard, was fantastic! The breakfast was even better than anything I've had in Orlando, FL! The southern hospitality was wonderful too. We will definitely be returning!

My mom and I were looking for a nice dinner and decided to order takeout. When I got there, the food was already ready. I had the fried flounder, which was some of the best fish I've had in a long time. The coleslaw was fantastic as well. Thank you to the staff for making our long weekend special! Oh, and the pecan pie was the perfect finishing touch—delicious!
