I said to my wife as we were seated that you could tell a good barbecue place when they have just a roll of paper towels on the table. My only complaint was that with the pulled pork and the brisket in both that while they were extremely good and well cooked there was no seasoning to that which relied entirely on using sauces. I will have to say that taking the brisket home as leftover and warming it up in a frying pan with some grease from burgers and adding some of our own seasoning to it that the brisket really popped. The macaroni and cheese and the baked beans both as sides were absolutely amazing. The coleslaw was good that I used for putting on my pulled pork sandwich. All in all it was a good experience and we will be going back. I do plan on taking some of my own seasoning. I really wish I could have them bring a warm liquefied container of tallow to add my seasoning to to pour over the brisket. Wheelchair accessibility: You can get invite a wheelchair but you will have to go up in the incline in the sidewalk to come around from the side. I hate to be this guy but this is BBQ? Pulled chicken pork no flavor. There is no seasoning on any meat that comes from here. Brisket? That’s a pot roast don’t lie to your customers. I’m from Texas and good for y’all getting business but if people come here for BBQ it’s embarrassing. The best part of the whole meal was the hot sauce.
