McDonald's - Rocky Mountain House

My husband and I order quarter cheese with quadruple bacon on, and a large fries with our two children, we've received the sandwiched with long black dirty hair filipinos rhinos pigos, so we asked for refund at the counter but there's was elderly men that could barely understand us, as were filipinos and we've feel treated like trash lol. also, our children felt trash like us but instead we've just left the restaurant and disappear from the country. hhhhhhh gurpreak, sheryl, guillermo and gotto sale race de cochon....hhhhhhhhh

Were couple and friend from area that came visiting Canada, when we went to order quarter cheese , we've find hair handling out of the sandwiched, we've just made fast return and asking our refund, we will never visit again. they are very curse those restaurant...

The restaurant always disgusting, managers always mean and the food came always cold, and very salty….

Not only we received wrong order, but we received the most terrible customer service, when this coming for fresh fries, also the burger we’ve orders was serve to us cold. So the manager was very angry at his employees, it’s typical McDonald’s knowing for their uneducated manager…. THEY ALL NEED HIGH SCHOOL AT LEAST ….

Be aware that we’ve found black long hair in Big Mac sandwich, also the fries was cold and drawing from oil left, we’ve got upset stomach..... Ever put ours fit there
