Contribuisci feedbackI decided to go inside the restaurant due to a busy drive-thru. I noticed seven employees present, but unfortunately, not a single one took the time to take my order. After waiting for eight minutes without any service, I lost patience and left. I plan to call the corporate office in the morning to express my concerns. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and both I and my colleagues will be taking our business elsewhere in the future. I would advise avoiding this location until they hire staff who can handle all aspects of their jobs, not just the easy ones.
I completely agree with the other reviews. I've been inside a few times, and the numerous staff members seem to ignore customers at the front while prioritizing the drive-thru. The service inside is terrible.
I visited this restaurant twice, and both times they were out of chicken noodles and the potato and bacon dish on the first day. On my second visit, they had enough soup for only three people. It's quite disappointing.
We stopped for a couple of drinks after camping in the mountains for the week. Wanted to use the washroom before our trek home to Edmonton and this is by far one of the worst bathrooms I have ever seen. I would feel more comfortable using the out houses in the bush. Hair/urine all over the toilet seat toilet paper all over, dirt and hair all along the walls look like it hadn’t had a cleaning in months, mirror and sink looked like someone washed a dirty dog.
Food was coolish and store was dirty, tables needed cleaning. I don’t think I will go back.
