Here and again very recommended. Friendly staff and went out their way to help and get my order. Had her seasonal creamsicle mocha, and I was very impressed. I'll be here in Cleveland. Very recommended.

I loved every latte I had there. It is rare that you find a product so consistent. The sandwiches I had are also amazing. Large indoor space, some outdoor seats in warmer weather, and a car thru, when you are on the go, could not ask for more.

Good coffee, okay, but no good food. Do not really like to ask for a tip through the pass window. On the one hand, a tipping through the window seems to be a bit exaggerated, but actually the search for a tip through the drive through the window is very legitimate and rather passive aggressive, especially if there is already a sign on the window for tips, and everyone with a brain knows that they can add a tip without asking the cashiers if they want. Do you want me to tap McDonalds now?? The purchase of a coffee from this passage here is no different from McDonald's, and at least they have the power not to ask and Peer pressure you in tilting. Tip: Either you pay your staff enough that they do not feel that they need to beg for tips or have pressure, or just say that the staff stops asking for tips from going through. It's very inappropriate.

Pro: TONS of parking available. Con: Can 't bring outside food in. Atmosphere: Industrial Cozy in sitting area, Pop Art at barista counter. Decent coffee joint with good prices. Its definitely Better than Starbucks, but isn 't amazing.

Their Breakfast Bagel is seriously the best one I’ve ever had!!! You can tell that they make it upon ordering and it doesn’t come already put together and frozen like some chains do. It’s always hot and delicious! Their lattes are always fresh and creamy as well. They have become my favorite place for breakfast!
