Zoup! - Rocky River

I can't believe in how this suppe made me feel. a variety of suppers, salads and sandwiches served quickly for a good lunch. would recommend the pesto sandwich and white pean soup.

I only used the delivery, but never disappointed. today they have forgotten my drink, which often happens with the delivery, not a big thing, I am told in the rule that they can write a credit, but can not refund or I can come to defeat the drink itself the purpose of delivery! but zoup in river, immediately brought my drink to me and she never did as if this was an inconvenience and I know that the people are busy, so it was probably kind of annoying to do. I appreciated it because I really needed the caffeine fix and was not able to go out to get some!

Extremely rude and unprofessional employees. I was totally shocked, how repulsive and aggressive the manager was. my sister and I hired a group order and she made it as obvious as frustrated she was and how bad she wanted to leave and close the load. she made us feel unbelievably involuntary and told me “You are done” if I wanted to make an extra small order, then went on to kick me out in the round. this was my first time in the awhile after zoup and I will not return to this place. Despite this abuse, my sisters were and I still were very polite and understanding to their “outbreak” and aggressive demeanor. I'm still grounded and never was treated like that.

I would absolutely recommend this place soups and sandwiches were awesome. Service was excellent. We decided to try something new and was not disappointed.
