I have had a good experience until today. I appreciate the fast service but the chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard tasted more like vanilla ice cream. The cup the lady gave me still had the cookie dough chunks so that made it better. Thank you anyways :

Whoever the younger lady was that was working yesterday clearly hates her job has no idea what customer service skills are. Terrible customer service, stop working jobs you aren’t happy working.

I asked them about Oreo shake so instead of vanilla flavour I want Oreo for that they charged me extra .in my point of view that was not worth it so very

I went today and got a moolatte and it was so good. I got mocha and caramel mixed and it was delicious. Way better than the icecap I usually get from Tim Hortons because those usually get super watery fast but the moolatte lasted slushy like consistency until I finished it ?

Lady in the afternoon shift on 20 April 2023 was very rude and have no sense of customer service. She made disgusting faces after any question asked about the menu. It is evident that she doesn't like her job, she may have had a bad day but after reading other comments it seems that is not the first time. I am never going back to this location.
