Disappointing because the meal itself is expensive. I won't come back unless someone I know and trust says they are back to the high standards they were at a year ago. SMH 4.5 stars winter of 2020 Friendly staff and the vegan option was full of flavour and spice. I got the KoKo which was filling for $14. It is expensive for fast food options but the quality and health of the food makes it worth it. I would eat here again. Lost the half point for plastic containers. I'd love to see some compostable containers.
My wife and daughter are poke fans. They have tried different poke bowels on our travels and Hula Poke is somewhat disappointing. 1) PORTION SIZE IS SMALL BASED ON THE PRICE PAID COMPARED TO OTHER PLACES. 2) FLAVOUR OF SAUCE WAS OFF...IT WAS OVERLY STRONG. 3) THE TUNA TASTE WAS NOT FRESH MAYBE BECAUSE WE WHERE THE LAST ORDER OF THE DAY? In conclusion, there are better Poke place to order from than this place. Would we order again from this place? From our experience NO. We would rather spend $29 else where.
Had the salmon poke bowl with kelp noodles. Absolutely delicious. Saw some other reviewers complaining about serving size. I couldn't finish mine and I can eat. Maybe they fixed it. Enjoyed my meal very much.
Ok, I wish I had found this place earlier. Very tasty poke bowl, I have had the sushi and the chicken with spicy jerk toppings. Definitely my favorite place to eat at in the mall
First time trying and this is definitely a fail. I had the Ponzu with sweet potato and coconut rice. The sweet potato was incredibly spicy, with no warning. I am sensitive to spice and was not able to eat it. The staff member offered to put more sauce to combat the spice and nothing further. Coconut rice resembled dry basmati. Very small portion for the price and only two people working on a busy Saturday. Bad experience.
