Contribuisci feedbackWorst experience going to marbleslab at crossiron location. Went with my family there on sunday oct 1 and was waiting for my turn. The old lady was rude and she refused us saying that they can not give us more than 1 tasting sample.But other locations never refuse if customer asks for more than 1 tasting sample.Apart from this, that old lady (think owner) was keep yelling on people and also shouting on her staff members. Anyone can easily see the empolyees working there were scared from her, just like they were helpless or she was threatening them for something. Never recommend anyone going there. Boycott Marbleslab crossiron.
The owner of this place is very awesome! She gave me a lot of extra ice cream and toppings! I will recommend this place ?.., Nice combination of ice cream toppings
Son found a bolt in the bottom of his ice cream cone. Lucky he didn’t bite it and break his tooth. Staff didn’t even care. Not even an apology. Horrible location.
I visited marble slab location CrossIron Mills not first time I notice bad service. Bring a coupon they returned me to order it on line even it does not say online only. The senior lady maybe the owner act like she is in her home or street shop. Not respect to customers or the brand. Not first time that lady in that shop I saw her in airdrie too. Not a clean location ice cream melt order not matching.
The owner of this business is absolutely atrocious. And she should not be in charge of running a business. She’s rude, unkind and does not carry a sense of good customer service. She started off by accusing me of leaving a sample spoon on the counter (I didn’t) I was holding my spoon in my hand. To make it worst as she was cleaning up the mess, she was talking about how immigrant come in to this country and don’t know how to clean up after themselves and then proceeded to said more negative stuff to her staff in her language. If she wasn’t selling something as simple as ice cream, her business would’ve been shut down a long time ago, because of her poor customer service skills and poor management skill.
