Worst customer service ever! I paid for a topping and they lightly sprinkle it on...when you ask for more they tell you pay 50 cents more. At chinook you never have to even ask!! Won't be getting the frozen yogurt here again!

The best place to get bubble waffles. Nice and crisp on the outside and all intact. Highly recommend the green tea flavoured bubble waffle

I am so addicted to their frozen yogurt! The staff are super friendly! I usually order through uber eats and they left a cute note and they even waited for my last order to get picked up since the driver was taking forever! Thanks for being so awesome and having quality frozen yogurt desserts!

I don't know what happened to this location. Used to be our go to place, but the quality has really gone down. First, quantity has been lowered, regular sizes are much smaller than they used to. They don't fill the cup all the way like they used to. Secondly, they're simply cheaping out. My girlfriend had a mint chocolate chip one, and the bottom was filled with unmixed mint syrup, quite disgusting. I had a strawberry cheesecake sensation, and I kid you not, there was less than a tablespoon of cheesecake. If i wanted a straight up strawberry one with nothing else in it, I would have ordered that.

Staff is unprofessional and unfriendly. Their portion sizes have gone down and they don't mix the yogurt well. Their fresh fruit toppings are always overripe/rotten. I wouldn't recommend this location.
