Starbucks - Roeland Park

This has got to be the worst Starbucks i have ever been to. I order a drink and they charge me for it and then they tell me after they make it that they don't have the main ingredient for the drink then they dont even put the toppings that goe on top of it and wouldn't offer me a refund. I will never come back to that location. If your out of something tell someone before you not only charge them for it but before making it altogether

Worse location in kc area. Corporate office needs to close this location. Have tried different times, even stopped in months between visits, still aweful. Staff untrained, regarding what products they can offer, even one time, couldn't even print a receipt. Last drink was made incorrectly: this is so disappointing, customers pay good money for these products..........

I ordered a caramel Frappuccino they made a caramel machiato cold and the Chelsea did not care to even caew to put no coffee or no whip cream on the glass after I asked for none of it. I would avoid Chelsea if at all possible.

Absolutely the worst starbucks in the Kansas City area. Untrained staff, poor customer service. The two girls working there should be fired immediately. I go to starbucks daily and only stop by this one because they are close to where I work but I refuse to go to this one anymore and waist my hard earned money. They couldn't get off their phones long enough to make a drink right to save their lives. Disappointed and will never be back.

To the barista with the tie dye sweatshirt and head band on, THANK YOU! My friend and I were having a bad day and he completely turned our day around with positive attitude and smile! He was knowledgeable and so friendly. If we are ever back in Kansas City, we are making a trip to this Starbucks.
