Contribuisci feedbackI know this Taco Bell often gets my order wrong, but they could really do me a favor by bringing back the Crispy Chicken Taco package.
However, when my daughter went to the restaurant later that day, the manager said they had no idea what she was talking about. In the end, corporate sent me dated coupons that can only be used one at a time with additional purchases required. It seems beneficial for their business, I suppose. When we visit Taco Bell (and not just this location), we always check the number of items, but it seems they expect us to unpack everything to verify our order. This was a first for us. Unfortunately, it appears that neither the store managers nor the corporate representatives truly care about customer satisfaction.
If you're curious, using your phone while preparing food is a violation of health codes. I suggest that you get your act together before the upcoming health inspections, as this has been reported.
Got sick same day I saw an employee smoking with gloves on.
So my boyfriend and I went here tonight and he first didn’t understand what I was trying to ask for but then I tried telling the 3 people at the window that wanted a meal with a soft taco on the side and had to explain it multiple times to them and for some reason no one seemed to understand what I said then we waited for our food and they gave us the bag so we thought everything was in there but his food was not in there and they closed the window without saying a word and was very rude the whole time. So we wasted money since he didn’t get his meal! Never going back to this Taco Bell again! It’s very unprofessional even though multiple people were standing right there so I’m not sure how you could mess it up.
