Chick-fil-a - Rogers

Never wait less than 15 minutes. The latter was 22 minutes in the drive to get thru only cold, gum-huh. I really don't know why my family insists on going here. it is always terrible service. mcdonald’s is 10 times faster, even though busy and much more affordable.

What can I say? This place is fantastic! The food is outstanding, and the service is exceptional. There are moments when dining in can feel a bit like you're just going through the drive-thru, but it's totally worth it!

We visited this restaurant on our first night in the city during our travels. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. Our meals were served hot and promptly. The next morning, I stopped by the drive-thru for breakfast and received the same excellent service.

The food is excellent, but the customer service has been lacking for about a year now. There are often a lot of staff members just standing around without being productive, which negatively impacts my overall experience. Roger's location used to run smoothly, whether it was the service or the food coming out quickly, but I think some changes in management may be needed since the former owners passed away. The management really needs to step up! I know this because we visit frequently; my son has autism, and this is sometimes the only restaurant where he will eat. It's incredibly frustrating!

Spent a long time waiting in the drive thru. Employees were very nice and food was good.
