The atmosphere was less than welcoming. Apparently there is some issue when changing TVs it brings down all screens for a few minutes, which is not a big deal at all. However, the staff seemed unapologetic or even interested in the impact it had to those of us watching. We were hoping to sit there and order drinks all night long...instead we left after the 1st period was over.
Amazing brand new menu that incorporates amazing new items like the Bacon-Got-Back Grilled Cheese that is absolutely amazing. Great staff, amazing management that listens to customer's request. Best bar in all of Rogers, AR. Hands down. A
My first and last experience at Crossroads was the weekend of St. Patrick’s day 2019. Myself and 8 other friends visited the bar in the late evening, we along with a few customers in front of us all entered the bar through its side entrance -an open door, where customers were entering leaving freely-, seconds after entering a tall stocky man in a green shirt grabbed the attention of one of my female friends and said that we would need to leave. Of course I thought he was just intoxicated and joking, so when I asked if he was serious he said “Yes, I am dead serious, you guys need to leave, we are at capacity.” I assumed he was part of the staff by his T-shirt and I started to think in my mind well “ok maybe, it is getting a bit tight in here and he is losing control of the current situation” but then I saw the the customers I that walked in right in front of us laughing without being told to leave. It was upsetting and felt as though my group was singled out and treated like an unwanted guest at a place where everyone else was enjoying their evening. The man then mentioned that there was a fight earlier that he had to break up. I guessed, that maybe that altercation left him on edge. But my group was entirely African American with 3 guys and 6 girls. We rallied our group and left, in order to avoid the situation escalating. Immediately after seeing us get told to leave a handful of customers left and remarked that it was very unsettling and strange that our group was immediately treated so harshly when we walked in. A few customers said that they would buy us a drink at a different bar, hoping that it may help soothe any hurt that we were feeling. Ultimately we took our business and the customers that left with us to a neighboring bar and enjoyed the rest of our night, how we originally intended, in peace. I’d like to believe that this was the result of employees that are unskilled to manage large turnouts and lacking the self awareness to acknowledge that frustration may be governing their actions but if this bar expects the community to spend the money that they work hard to make, they must stop being disorganized, insensitive and humiliating. I can not and will not support this bar.
This a great place with an amazing atmosphere!! I was greeted when I walked in and treated like family! Have you ever seen Cheers? Well, this is NWA’s version of the place to go where everybody knows your name. The bartender, Ian, made drinks like he knew how I mixed them at home. And if it’s karaoke night, the atmosphere is absolutely electric!! You’ve gotta go on Tuesday night, it’s the best!
Located in the heart of downtown Rogers, this restaurant boasts a fantastic atmosphere. The bar has a relaxed vibe, offering a compact yet satisfying menu. The historic ambiance is truly remarkable, with beautiful brick walls and captivating artwork adorning the space. We enjoyed live music on Wednesday night, which added to the overall experience. We will definitely return to explore more items on the menu. The BLT and fries we had were tasty examples of classic bar fare.
