I was disappointed to find that they were out of tea, which is the main reason I visit this place. I’m giving it three stars because the staff is very friendly, and it’s not their fault that they ran out.

If you're looking for a peaceful tea-sipping experience at the Pinnacle Promenade, away from the hustle and bustle of shopping, this is the perfect spot. They offer a variety of teas for you to choose from, and you can request them to brew it just for you. You can also purchase tea, kettles, and cups so you can try to recreate the experience at home.

The staff was extremely friendly and provided us with a great overview of the setup as soon as we walked in. I really enjoyed the tea samples they offered! I also appreciate that they have a rewards program and an online store since we aren't local.

Honestly just disappointed in their quality of tea, especially when I weigh out more stems than I do leaves in multiple different packs, their white teas especially feel artificial. The ripened Xiao Yeh was probably the best of their selection that I tried, but even then, the leaves were all broken. Personally will not be purchasing from here again, I'd rather wait and source my own,leaves from a higher quality vendor, than to purchase these leaves again out of

Had a great first experience in here today! Walked in just to see what the store was and ended up spending 45 minutes and $100. The selection is huge with smell samples on every tea offered. There?s also taste samples on certain teas spread around, too. I was a big fan of the ?tea bar? they have where you can try any tea they sell hot or cold. It was so fun and informative.
