I wish I could not give stars! this is the burned chicken tachic, I had to return the 25th april on Monday! mexican worst food preparation ever! don't go over price and how you can see eating disgusting!

We received the wrong order in the night before and had ordered us to close right before. when we called back to talk to someone, the phone was busy. I knew they closed at 9:00, I called 7 times between 8:45 and 9 o'clock. only to report the problem and/or get a re-mask or refund and no- we had no acknowledgement. we came today personally to lunch (busy) and the team got all the information and apologised to us. They have re-ordered our order and processed it very professionally and quickly. they found out where the order went wrong and quickly fixed it for us. customer service was top notch. I really appreciate manager who go beyond and beyond to make the dinge right, which is why I give 5 stars

My ordering online gave me a 15 minutes to get it, she told me that my order was ready and when I was there, I had to wait 20 minutes because it was not done. I order the sauces for my burritos on the side and they did not and my burritos did not see as a burrito they saw more like a taco! very disappointed about customer service and quality.

Google hours say they close at 12 on Friday. 11:40 they were already closed. lose my journey with these high trips on gas. When you close at 11:30, you should update your hours on google so that people do not have fake information.

Always get exactly what I order from this location. Their drive thru workers are always super friendly and speedy in their service. Never in line for longer than 10 minutes and the food is always hot and fresh. Very good staff at this location!
