Mcdonald's - Rogersville

Slowly. I have my order. twice. look to be a recurring event. we have frustrated and just left without waiting to fix it. friendly staff, but a slow almost food experience.

As others have noted, you should check your order before leaving the drive-through. I ordered a small fry and I think they took me literally. There were 28 fries less than 1 long and 20 fries 2 long. I was told they had just cooked a fresh batch of fried. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, but recieved two hamburgers. I took a picture of the fries but do not see a place to post the picture.

I like McDonald's. And there fries are my favorite. But that's when they are hot.And the only problem I have with McDonald's is them getting the order right. I learned to check my food before I leave now.

The best McDonald's is located in the heart of North Alabama. The staff here is incredibly friendly and service is quick. The coffee and fries are always fresh!

We recently visited a McDonald's, and it was one of the better locations we've been to. The restaurant has been renovated, and it looks great and very clean, as it should be. There's also a children's playground, which is a nice touch. The staff seemed friendly overall, although the manager, who has dark hair, appeared a bit grumpy. She is clearly hardworking and seems to be a perfectionist in her role, but that doesn’t always translate to customer service or friendliness. While it's good that she maintains a high standard, it can make for a less welcoming atmosphere for customers. Please excuse any typos; I'm using speech-to-text.
