If you 're going to have a dress code, then enforce it. Flip flops and baseball caps are not dress/casual
Confusion with management. Drove 2 hours to treat my family to this restaurant. Received argumentative attitudes from the security guards as I was walking in. Definitely reconsider before going.
Really disappointed. The steak I orders was chewy and full of gristle. The mashed potatoes were nearly unidentified as potatoes, like the consistency of instant mashed potatoes. I would expected better quality food for this price point and way better customer service. We saw our waiter twice, once to order and the bill. Never checked in, we had to ask the bar for more drinks because the service never came back. Even though the ambiance was pleasant, the food was not up to par with the pricing.
This is my go to steakhouse, located within the Graton Casino in Rohnert Park. The atmosphere and ambiance are classy and upscale. The prices are comparable to many non chain steakhouses. The service is excellent from the moment you walk in and are seated until the moment you leave. The menu is substantial and food is both delicious and substantial in quantity and quality. I usually get the the Meal for Two the Tomahawk which is plenty of food for two full meals for two people. Ample sides, fabulously fresh breads served prior to your meal. The servers are very attentive. I have only good things to say, which is why I continue to go back. It is a treat you will be glad you allowed yourself.
