Chuck E. Cheese - Rohnert Park

Walked in and there was no employees so we just went in without getting stamped. Tried to order their over priced food and again no employees to help us or take our order. Couldn't even exchange my daughters tickets for prizes because again no one was there to help. A bunch of the games were out of order or they short you a ball or 2. I walked into the bathroom and instantly had to hold my breath from the moldy smell that was lingering in there. It was our first time taking our daughter there after her being so excited and begging to go and we were all highly disappointed and will never return to the Rohnert Park location again.

My daughter loved the place she had a blast playing different kinds of games. Safe to bring your kids. Nice food and pizza that you can order inside while your kids playing.

My kids love it here. I have fun here as well. But to limit a grown man to two beers in one visit? That's what the manager told me. The only reason we went here instead of Scandia was because they have beer. But only one per hour and two per visit? They must have had a problem before to make that rule. Next time we will hit up epicenter. Where someone that's spends hours there can have more than two light beers.

We have brought our son here from Ukiah twice now and he absolutely loves it. I am hoping to make another trip soon, now that COVID is becoming more of a thing of the past. We love the salad bar and pizza, the game rates are also very fair. We can spend hours playing games and making silly faces in the photo booth.

I don't know if putting a comment is even going to make a difference, but from all the times that we have been there, today was the worst so far. We were celebrating my 9 years old son's birthday. Book 2 weeks before the party for 10 kids with the package that comes with souvenir cup for each kid. they gave us paper cups without even saying anything they just put them there. when I asked for the souvenir cups they said they ran out. (It's an extra charge for each cup). party was supposed to be from 5:30 to 7:30 we have to wait 40 minutes to receive the cards for kids to play because they weren't ready. We order sampler platter, the fries were halfway cook. and it look like if they were doing this on purpose The hostess were so rude I had to be asking them for cups, for plates, for forks, things that they have to had in every single party. If it wasn't enough for their rudeness of these people 6:50pm lights went out. They just didn't have more electricity we gather our stuff and left . kids weren't been able to get there tickets exchanged
