We both had the prime rib dinner which was an excellent value. It was more well done than I like, next time I will tell them medium rare! Service was friendly and prompt. Casual atmosphere. Surprised they were out of pumpkin pies for the next 2 weeks in October!

The food was very good. My husband had the Patty Melt w/slaw and I had the fish chips w/slaw. He said it was one of the best Patty Melts he had eaten. It included lots of fried onions and swiss cheese. The fish chips were delicious. Fresh Cod hand battered with a homemade beer batter, perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of fries to go with it. The slaw had a hint of apple in it that made it oh-so-tasty! I 100% recommend this restaurant.

Pies were good and seemed fresh. Food was good too, but not 5 star. What do you expect, this seems to be an old place though, if you like the 1970's style and feel.
