Mcdonald's - Rolesville

Today, September 29, I visited McDonald's. I ordered two freshly cooked hamburgers and a drink.

I visited the restaurant's drive-thru to place my order. I inquired about lemonade, but unfortunately, they did not serve it. The attendant's response struck a chord with me as I was really craving lemonade at the time. When I went to pay at the window, the attendant's empathy towards not having lemonade once again impressed me, and I was grateful for his understanding. The service, take-out meal for lunch, and atmosphere all received a rating of 5. The price per person is between $10-20. Recommended dish: Cheeseburger.

Asked if someone could take order because staff standing around. No acknowledgment even like “be tight with you”. Staff member walked past and said she was in break( totally understand that), but said “ we are out of luck right now”. A little customer service is not that hard to train.

The manager at this restaurant location promised a new crew member about 40 hours a week, but then realized that the new crew member's mother also worked there and showed favoritism towards her. The new crew member was only given 2 days of work per week, which after taxes left him with only $192 to cover his expenses. When he asked for more hours as originally promised, the manager brushed him off saying they couldn't have too many new people working at once. Another new crew member was given 30 hours a week, making over three times what this guy was making. The manager at this McDonald's location is unfair and is not providing enough hours for the new crew member to even cover his transportation costs. If there is an issue between the manager and the new crew member, it shouldn't affect the innocent worker. It's a shame and I will be filing a complaint with McDonald's corporate.

So. it should not take 10 minutes to make 1 big pommes. this mcdonald’s is very slow, lethargic and just everything to apologize. if I left the zero stars. that's not the first time that this happened. I always try to give them a chance, but it starts to get on my nerves. they have to set up their game.
