Contribuisci feedbackI’ve never actually eaten here, only done deliveries, but I have to say I’m a bit disappointed in the management. The other day, I learned from another employee—shout out to him—that they have a reward system for delivery drivers. It would have been nice to know this when I started doing Door Dash over a month ago. Since then, I’ve completed over 30 deliveries for this store, sometimes handling 5-6 orders in a single day. Apparently, if you complete a certain number of deliveries, you earn a free Blizzard. That’s pretty generous! I received the reward card a few days ago and finally had a chance to ask management, specifically a red-headed lady, if I could receive credit for the past orders I’ve completed. When I inquired if they had been doing this for a while, she confirmed that they have. They’ve seen me in the store dozens of times, and I have all my deliveries recorded through Door Dash. You’d think they’d be willing to give me credit, but she refused, claiming that their reward system was a favor to us in the first place. I can agree with that, except for the fact that if you’re not informing people about the reward system, it seems like you don’t want them to use it. Oh well, I’ll start earning my rewards now, but it’s still odd that it took a month for anyone to mention it.
The food was served cold and had a strong odor of stale grease. The ice cream was melted, and to make matters worse, I spotted a cockroach on the floor. I ended up throwing all the food away and leaving right away. I requested a refund from the red-haired manager, but my request was denied. She was quite rude and had a terrible attitude. I won’t be returning to this place.
Location is super dirty and smells like old fryers. The windows separating the kitchen and the front counter were covered with great. Staff was rude and took forever to acknowledge customers. Bathrooms were disgusting.
I would rather wait 20 minutes for fresh, quality food than receive items that taste expired after just a 10-minute wait in the drive-thru. I understand that the staff may feel pressured to keep their drive-thru times low to avoid issues with management, but I believe that serving food that meets quality standards should take precedence over speed.
They got so much of our order wrong, I don 't even know where to begin. If I 'm paying $5 and get enough food for my family, sure, i won 't complain. But $45 for a meal and ice cream, that 's ridiculous. We had to go all the way back to fix our order, and themanager just replaced it. Turns out, orders on the app don 't show add/remove the same as they do in the restaurant. DQ needsto get that fixed ASAP.
