It was not free because we had already paid for it and never got it, so I would like to hear the mental gymnastics that took place to come to this conclusion. Secondly, quality control is in principle not available. We ordered pizza from there Saturday, and it was not amazing in any way, but it was far from bad. But tonight was a completely different story. From the two pizzas we had ordered, one was criminally boiled, and both were under the sauce and had only cut BARELY. TLDR: Expected small Ceasars to meet the quality of the small Ceasars, somehow this could not even be right.
