Sirloin Stockade - Rolla

The steaks were cooked perfectly—juicy and tender. The shrimp had a delightful crispy texture and tasted fantastic. The rolls were outstanding, with just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, it was an excellent meal.

The Ranchers Choice Steak was outstanding. However, the Chopped Sirloin arrived without the onions and peppers, which was quite disappointing. On a positive note, the DoorDash service was excellent, with very fast delivery.

The steak was overcooked, and instead of the breast I specifically requested, I received a thigh and leg. All the side dishes were somewhat cold and rather bland. The shrimp, however, was excellent; that's the only positive aspect of our dinner.

Pot roast was tough, but the carrots werent cooked fully. The mac n cheese tasted like butter noodles- there was no hint of cheese flavor. The mashed potatoes were okay.

2 weeks ago I raved, on a Saturday, about how great the steak tips were. Yesterday, a Tuesday, they were disgusting. Almost every piece had gristle in it and half of the serving were pure small pieces of gristle. Guess youd better stick to the busy nights when theyre not using up what theyve got left. Friend got chicken tenders which were big and juicy.
