Contribuisci feedbackWe visited this Subway on a trip through Rolla and we were over charged 30 dollars due to a mistake the employee made forgetting to add an item onto our order as the transaction was being approved she cancelled it and it froze her computer, and our card was charged twice we have called multiple times trying to get our money back after In the store that day we were told the money would go back onto the card after the transaction was no longer pending, but that did not happen, the lady we have spoke to just continued to tell us that she had to call her boss i dont understand why the manager can't handle such things and we were told we can not have a number to talk to the boss and we were also told there was nothing on there end our card was not charged,we are clearly aware of our account and have all transaction history right on our phones and they passed off the 30 dollar issue as not there problem. Very poor drawn out 4 day unsuccessfully helpful customer service!
Good location. They were very busy when I visited but the crew was working hard and that's all I'm looking for. They were busy so they were out of almost all bread except wheat which is ok. Very nice young guy helped me and did a great job.
Food tastes well enough... Acceptable. The employees need to learn to prepare the sandwiches properly however. 3 pieces of bacon on a BLT footlong for example doesn't seem remotely right. Cramming the meat in the crack of the sandwich is also not how you make a sandwich. Little to no sauce. I've had better. Needs a bit of work to improve.
Tried new churro that is advertised as 2 dollars but they actually charge 3. very disappointing. my four year old just wants to lick all the sugar off. very dry. thought itd be a little crispy but its just like a stick of bread covered in cinnamon and sugar. would be waaay better if it were filled with some kind of icing or had a dipping cup of icing. tuna sub was good although itd be much better if they actually put enough tuna on it to fully cover the sandwich. paying like 10 or 12 bucks for a sandwich that has an inch on each end without any tuna on it sucks.
My wife and I ordered subway for dinner on December 28, 2023 order number was 5E7D7397-D3. After we ate it, we began to feel sick. My stomach was killing me and I was nauseous. My wife was nauseous and threw up like she have food poisoning. I don’t think I will be ordering food here again. I feel like the ingredients was either expired or not refrigerated right. Subway was the only thing we ate that day.
