Contribuisci feedbackFast and fresh, just how I like my chicken. They didn’t have the one thing I wanted, even though it was on every single piece of advertising. Atmosphere lost a point because of the number of bogans in there.
Have been here to eat twice now. First time I came and used the self-service screen. That was my first mistake. Ordered my meal, paid for it and as I was about to take my number and wait for the food an error message pops up. The message read 'there was an issue placing your order. Please take a photo of this screen and take it to the counter, your order will be completed ' So i did as the screen instructed and the person i went to had no clue how to deal with this situation, neither did anyone else. I had to go through the trouble of showing him a bank statement on my banking app to receive my food. Honestly not good enough for the higher ups to install these self service machines and not train staff on the error procedures. Second time I went through the drive through. Was a very busy Saturday. Lady taking my order was very friendly and I received my meal instantly after paying which I was not expecting during a dinner rush.
No complaints. Fast service. Chicken nice and moist Beautiful!!
We like to come here instead of KFC in Hornby as it's much faster.
Not at all impressed. Asked for a breast in each of 3 meals I ordered only to be told that I could only have 2 in 3 separate meals. I politely asked to speak with the manager and the staff member walked over to a young lady and then returned to me saying that the manager refuses to talk to me. Totally unacceptable customer interaction. Suggest you go to a different KFC outlet
