Gabutto Burger - Rolling Meadows

A unique burger joint with an Asian twist. The Spamusubi Burger is two spam patties with an egg patty between two packed rice patties. I've never seen this creation before and I'm very glad I tried. It was so delicious. The regular order of Frittos (Fries) was enough to share between two people. Have fun to season the unsalted pommes with one of 6 different fry spices. I usually dip my frits in ketchup, but decided to immerse them in the spicy Mayo sauce. I'm addicted, stop at this unique facility and try something new.

Gabutto was on the way to the airport, so we stopped not knowing what was in the store. Best described as a simple but creative and tasty menu! From unique ramen options, to a number of different Asian inspired burgers. Calamari was also fresh and good!

Great Asian Fusion Burger Square. Very clean inside and super friendly staff. Burgers are perfectly cooked and have so much taste. You can order a page of fries and season them yourself (they come unsalted). You have so many seasons to choose! I strongly recommend they have available in the spicy Mayo or Wasabi Mayo, or you can also put them on your burger. I'll try again, more!

That was a really good burger! The staff was super friendly and attentive. I wouldn't have asked better about a Burger connection. I definitely come back. It was a unique spin on an American stack, at an acceptable price for experience.

Creative concept! Service was good. Location was easy to access. We had the Shrimp Burger and Gabutto Burger, w/ Cheese Curds. We really enjoyed the burger buns fresh and lite. We both agreed the Shrimp burger wasn't our favorite [flavor/presentation didn't justify the cost]. Cheese Curds were excellent! One thing that could be fine tuned is the ventilation [smelled like burning oil]. Overall a good, creative place to grab a traditional burger or if you're more adventurous ... a non traditional burger. We'll be back!
