Auntie Anne's - Rolling Prairie

Lousy. We asked if we could use our Auntie Anne app coupon. The guy said yes and then turns out no. So at that point we have redeemed the coupon and it will expire in 90 minutes so total waste. The manager said its our problem, not his, i should have first taken a bite of the pretzel. We walked away out of principle.

I just paid $8 for a cup of cinnamon bites. Left a bad taste in my mouth, in more ways than one. Like they are using old grease. The man that waited on me was very unfriendly and never asked if he could help and didn't thank me...just walked away. Whatever happened to customer service. Feels like he didn't like me because I'm white.

I stopped here for a quick bathroom break and to get some authentic Amazing Aunties. Anne's pretzels cashier was rude with a bad attitude. Even after I paid, she just turned away and started talking to another employee. I was left standing there unsure what to do if the transaction went through, so I just walked away with my pretzel with no receipt or thank you or a have a nice day. They have lost my business and future business. I hope yelpers will not support this type of behavior and pass this location.

Be loved there pretzels for years so it's nice to see them in a travel plaza on the turnpike. The prices are a little more expensive than normal but the pretzels taste just as good.

Auntie Anne's is never someone GO-TO for anything, it's never someone's favourite place, and it certainly isn't going to win any awards for.....well, anything. However if you are in a pinch, maybe, just maybe, this place can put something in that tummy and keep you going. I was driving from Chicago to Buffalo last Monday and stopped at the rest area to get some gas for both the car and myself. I ended up choosing Auntie Anne's because of the short line and the fact that I've recently been craving soft pretzels. I ordered a blue raspberry lemonade and a pretzel and before you know it I was back on the road eating this standard as standard can be pretzel and drinking the actually pretty enjoyable blue raspberry lemonade that was quenching my thirst. This place is what it is, and on this day it did exactly what I needed it to do. If you are hungry, looking at this Yelp review, and trying to decide if you should walk up to the counter, just do it. It'll do the trick.
