Burger King - Rolling Prairie

20 minutes to get my order. I ordered at 12:23 pm and received my order at 12:43 pm on a Sunday. Far too long of a wait time for a fast food place in a travel center. The food was correct and tasted like Burger King, but again, the 20 minute wait ruined the whole experience for me.

I got here at 9:45 PM. They close at 10pm. Manager HUNTER OF THE ENTIRE PLAZA SAYS, we closed partially and are not serving fries or onion rings. Therefore, I could Not order a meal 15 to 20 minutes prior to closing and said he’s been doing it for months like this. I guess I definitely cannot have it my way: today.

It was a nice Burger King. I enjoyed the simple kiosk ordering as I had no pressure figuring out my order. The food was good and what I expected from Burger King. It was a good Burger King, nothing extraordinary.

They are so bad they didn’t even have ketchup and no interest in fixing the issue. What Burger King doesn’t have ketchup.

Almost walked out when they had the do it yourself check out. Still gave it a chance. Ordered a whopper with only cheese and condiments. They put everything on it. That’s the point of telling someone directly. Apparently they can’t read. Shame. Also everything tasted like they’ve been sitting over an hour. Won’t be back. Next they’ll ask for tips
