As a lover of Roman pizza I can only compliment the chef and his collaborators. The pizza, as well as the fried starters, are at an excellent level. You spend the right amount, the only small flaw, but obviously independent of the venue, the difficulty of parking is a minimum of noise inside the room. The pizza is truly top-notch, highly recommended! Driven by my passion for pizza and the positive reviews, I enter the complex booking system of this pizzeria and, after about a month of assiduously checking the seats, there it is, Friday 7pm snack time but I'm in. I cancel all appointments, I check my wife's shifts at work, my children skip the pool shift. We arrive and immediately come across a no-prisoners fight for the parking space, in the end after turns and turns I risk an unauthorized parking in front of a supermarket, the chances of a report are high, but I've been waiting for this moment for a long time and I'm risking it. . We sit at the table and the welcome is not bad, the place is simple and nice. We open the menus, there is a bit of everything at prices...a little high, but you know you pay for the quantity. After not too long of a wait, the much desired pizzas arrive, thin, good but....I'm missing something, what's so special? None of our family, while not denying the quality of the food and the good dough, finds that something that leaves us speechless, that justifies the long wait for the reservation, the unobtainable parking and the snack time. I return to the Castelli Romani disappointed, because on top of all I did an hour's drive, where you can find a bit of everything and often even calling an hour in advance without having to leave your credit card details.
