We came to this place expecting a nice simple breakfast with good coffee. While preparing our silverware and drinks the server was wiping her nose on her hands and was very unsanitary. The food was okay but does not compare to the other food we have had while in rome. The coffee was awful. Don’t recommend!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast

We had a great brunch at this cafe near the Vatican! We were able to get an American breakfast that we were craving! Service was quick and efficient! Servers spoke English and we were able to eat and get to our Vatican tour! We would come again! Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch
